How to make uduk rice

Ingredients :

500 gr rice

600 cc coconut milk

½ table spoons of salt

2 sheet of Salam leaf

2 sheet of pandan leaf, to torn then bunch

1 tea spoons powder of coriander

Several table spoons of cooking oil

Bean sambal :

100 gr peanut

1 fruit of chili

1 fruit of red pepper, according to appetite

1 tea spoon of salt

1 table spoon of sand sugar

1 table spoon vinegar

150 cc matured water

Complement :

Small fish (Teri) which has been fry

Roasted peanut

Slice of dadar egg

Fried onion

Fried emping chips

Bean sambal

Tools :

1 basin

1 boiler

1 frying pan

1 pan

1 stove

1 spoon for cook

1 gravy spoon

1 knife

2 table spoons

1 grinder

2 small plates

1 glass

1 big plate

Way of the cook :

(1) Rinse rice so clean

(2) To set fire stove

(3) Steam rice until ½ matured ± 25 minutes

(4) To boil coconut milk with 1 tablespoon salt,2 sheet of salam leaf,1 tea spoon powder of coriander and 2 sheet of pandan leaf

(5) To take out rice from boiler

(6) Then pour coconut milk boil ± 1 finger to rice

(7) To silence medium until to penetrate exhausted of coconut milk into rice

(8) Then steam return rice which have been given by matured coconut milk until matured

(9) After few minutes at the same time stir rice have soft can be lifted and served with complement

(10) Serve uduk rice with complement had made

For making bean sambal :

(1) Grind the materials like 100 gr peanut,1 fruit of chili,1red fruit of pepper,1 tea spoon of salt,1 table spoon of sand sugar,add 1 table spoon of vinegar,and the last 150 cc matured water.

(2) After grind until soft so becoming bean sambal as complement uduk rice .
